Victoria Golf Club

The Championship Course is part of Victoria's golfing heritage and reflects the development of golf around Cheltenham. Founded in 1903 at Fishermans Bend, Victoria moved to Cheltenham in 1927. Oscar Damman and Bill Meader laid out the course with bunkering guidance from Alister MacKenzie.

The course utilizes its sandbelt environment to organize angles, hazards, and green approaches. The course features 18 holes, a par of 72, and measures approximately 6250 meters from the championship tees.

The private club has a strong Australian Open history and a central place on the Melbourne Sandbelt.
