Membership grants access to a curated community, a programme composed with intent and an infrastructure that simplifies every use. Credits then activate the experiences you choose.
The 25 € monthly is not a mere credit purchase. It funds belonging, curation, programming and the circle's infrastructure.
125 € at entry. One time only.
The entry fee activates your membership and sets up your member identity, wallet and usage tools. It is neither a deposit nor a credit top-up.

Round Credits activate a precise experience: playing, inviting, taking part, booking a space or joining a Round format. Each activity states its cost, what is included, access conditions and any supplements.

4 credits are added to your wallet every active month of membership.

Build up
Each batch is valid for 4 months from its issue date. You can keep several months of credits.

Each listing states the number of credits, inclusions, allowed guests and any supplements.

Book
When booking, the required credits are temporarily held in the wallet.

Validate
The debit becomes final after use validation or check-in, according to the activity's rules.
1 Round Credit corresponds to a reference value of 5 €. This reference helps read the pricing and estimate a top-up. A credit is not a sum of money and cannot be converted into cash.

Check availability
The system checks open slots, club rules, any blackouts and member rights.

See conditions
The member sees the credit cost, inclusions, any supplement, the cancellation policy and guest rules.

Book
The required credits are temporarily reserved. They can no longer be used for another activity.

Get validation
Depending on the format, the request is confirmed automatically or validated by the club or The Round team.

Check in
The presence of the member and, where applicable, their guest is confirmed by QR, digital card or partner validation.
- 06
Debit
The ledger turns the credit reservation into a final use.

Reconcile
Any supplement, refund or incident is reconciled against the original booking.
The applicable policy is shown before every confirmation. No booking can retroactively change its conditions.
