The East Course is an integral part of Sicily's golfing heritage, mirroring the growth of golf in the Sciacca area. Originally opened in 2009, the former East Course reopened in 2022 after a major Kyle Phillips redesign featuring fourteen new holes.

The course leverages its coastal links-style environment to shape its angles, hazards, and approaches to the greens. The course features 18 holes, with a par of 73, and measures approximately 6763 meters from the championship tees.

Two championship courses, an executive course, academy, clubhouse, five-star hotel, spa and dining form a complete destination.
