UGOLF Thionville RD

Thionville RD is a public nine opened in 2020 across twenty-five gently rolling hectares. The course plays to par 32 and reaches roughly 2,035 metres in the longest published configuration.

The golf was created at Basse-Ham to provide modern access between Metz, Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium. As one of Moselle’s newest courses, it joined UGOLF and developed academy, junior school, dining and seminar services. Wooded edges and planting screen the nearby industrial and commercial area. Gentle land is easy to walk, while exposed sectors receive wind. Luxembourg and German proximity create an international audience.

The loop remains welcoming for beginners but develops fast seasonal greens. Short par fours and par threes vary club choice, while approach accuracy and green reading matter more than raw power. Specialist sources publish up to 2,035 metres and par 32, with men’s Slope around 110 to 113. A more recent commercial card shows 1,848 metres, probably reflecting current tee markers.
