The International

The International is a modern championship course beside Schiphol, created by Ian Woosnam and Bruno Steensels on dramatically reshaped land.

Opened in 2012, the club was conceived as a contemporary private venue for international members, business golf and professional tournaments. Major earthworks created elevation changes of roughly fourteen metres on originally flat land. The course hosted the KLM Open in 2019 and again in the 2020s.

Large-scale fairways, diagonal hazards, water and strongly contoured greens define the design. Long open holes alternate with compact, heavily bunkered short holes.

The private club combines a striking clubhouse, premium hospitality and immediate access to Schiphol, making it especially relevant for corporate and international golf.
