At a glance
Kikuoka is Luxembourg’s principal golf resort, combining a championship course, hotel, spa and conference facilities near the Moselle.
History
The course opened in the early 1990s and was designed by Japanese architect Iwao Uematsu across roughly 120 hectares. Its resort model helped attract national and international events, including five consecutive European Challenge Tour visits.
Architecture
The 6,419-metre, par-72 layout uses rolling ground, water hazards and almost ninety bunkers. Wide views and multiple tees make it accessible, but the preferred driving zones are tightly defended and approaches are significantly easier from the correct side.
Club experience
The on-site Mercure hotel, wellness facilities, restaurants and meeting rooms make Kikuoka particularly suitable for golf breaks and corporate gatherings.
Competitions & records
European Challenge Tour; compétitions nationales luxembourgeoises — Challenge Tour – cinq éditions consécutives
