Golf d’Ormesson

Ormesson is a historic eastern Paris course created in 1925, technical and wooded yet surprisingly isolated only fifteen minutes from Porte de Bercy.

Golf began in 1925 within Château d’Ormesson’s estate. A century of landscape change and facility modernisation followed, with Charles Kenneth Cotton associated with the course’s current structure. The 2025 centenary confirmed its special regional status. The course crosses the château park among diverse mature trees. Vegetation and contour screen neighbouring development, while the clubhouse terrace and several holes offer broad views.

Cotton uses doglegs, woodland lines and compact greens. Three par fives, five par threes and ten par fours form the par 71. Position is essential for open approaches. FFGolf publishes 6,004 metres, par 71, men’s SSS 72. 3 and Slope 136. The nines measure 2,992 and 3,012 metres.
