At a glance
Le Magnolia is Meaux-Boutigny’s compact nine-hole course, a genuine mixed-par layout of 1,499 metres with six par threes and three par fours.
History
Le Magnolia was created to complement Le Noyer and provide a development course linked to the academy. Three par fours allow tee-shot and approach practice beyond pitch-and-putt golf. The loop shares the rolling natural setting of the main course with trees, hedges and estate views. Compact routing avoids long transitions.
Architecture
Six par threes require different iron lengths, while three par fours introduce real driving decisions. Grass tees and full greens create proper course conditions. The official site publishes 1,499 metres and par 30. Played twice, it becomes 2,998 metres and par 60.
Club experience
Le Magnolia has a separate green fee and shares range, dining, changing rooms and coaching. It suits beginners, families and quick practice rounds. 9 holes; par 30; 1,499 metres; six par threes and three par fours; grass tees; autonomous compact course.
