Le Petit Héron

Le Petit Héron is Domaine de La Carte’s independent compact course: nine holes, par 28 and 960 metres, with eight par threes and one genuine 180-metre par four.

The course was created to complement Le Héron and provide a rated venue for beginners, juniors and precision practice. A separate membership confirms its independent role within the hotel, dining and leisure estate. Compact, easy-walking ground near the Loire-side facilities remains wind-exposed, with trees, subtle contour and water providing variety.

Eight par threes range from 50 to 135 metres, while the sixth is a 180-metre par four. Small targets develop wedge, short-iron and approach control. FFGolf’s display repeats the loop to par 56, but the physical course is nine holes, par 28 and 960 metres. Men’s SSS is 24. 9 and Slope 45.

The course shares hotel, restaurant, pool, changing rooms, practice and coaching and suits families, corporate introductions and quick training. Physical 9 holes; par 28; 960 metres; eight par threes and one 180-metre par four; SSS 24. 9; Slope 45.
