History
Golf de la Bosse developed as an independent friendly venue in northern Loir-et-Cher, within reach of Blois, Vendôme and Loire châteaux. The course gained strong recognition among French nine-hole venues and added lodging, dining and beginner formats.
Generally flat ground is divided by varied planting, three lakes, a ditch and woodland. Open plain allows wind to influence play, while the Loire château region supports tourism.
Architecture
Two par threes, five par fours and two par fives use 700-square-metre greens with red and blue flags for repeated loops. Twenty-six bunkers and water defend preferred angles.
The club publishes 3,021 metres and par 36. Played twice, it becomes 6,042 metres and par 72 without creating another physical course.
Club experience
Practice, dining terrace, on-site lodging, buggies, equipment hire and coaching support visitors. Compact and pitch-and-putt options serve beginners.
