Golf de Deauville Saint-Gatien

La Bergerie is Saint-Gatien’s longest loop: 3,198 metres, par 36, with substantial par fours, two par fives and broad Normandy bocage views.

Deauville Saint-Gatien opened in 1988 with twenty-seven holes designed by Olivier Brizon. Red-loop La Bergerie became the most powerful component of the modular system. The loop overlooks the Seine estuary and Pays d’Auge countryside, crossing meadow, orchard edges and open ground. Wind has strong influence.

Two par threes, five par fours and two par fives include several holes beyond 350 metres and a 512-metre closing par five. The official site publishes 3,198 metres and par 36. Combined courses regularly exceed 6,100 metres.
