Bernalmont — a nine-hole urban oasis within a Liège château park

The site is located within the urban fabric of Liège, yet the woods and the protected park largely isolate the player. The final three holes are played beneath century-old trees in the château grounds.

The Golf de Bernalmont opened in 1993, just a few kilometres from the centre of Liège. The course was laid out around the Château de Bernalmont on a wooded estate of approximately twenty-two hectares.

This compact nine-hole course utilises slopes, trees, and changes of direction to create a technical challenge. Its modest length is compensated by narrow fairways and small target areas.

The course measures approximately 2,533 metres for nine holes. It can be played over eighteen holes in two rounds, but its configuration remains that of a compact urban course.

The covered and illuminated driving range, the accessible clubhouse, and its proximity to Liège make Bernalmont an important venue for beginners and regular players alike.
