History
Founded in 1959, Augsburg opened Bernhard von Limburger’s first nine in 1961. Donald Harradine designed the extension completed in 1983, with later work by Kurt Roßknecht.
Architecture
The 58-hectare course is embedded in the Westliche Wälder nature park among mixed forest and historic rural landscape.
Club experience
The club includes a six-hole short course, practice facilities and a direct link with Bernhard Langer, who began there as a caddie.
