Golf Bluegreen Guerville

Golf sur Seine overlooks the valley from Guerville’s wooded plateau. Compact length, doglegs, water and cliff views create an accessible but strategic course.

The golf opened in 1989 to an Yves Bureau design. Quarry-related safety constraints later required a major redesign. Under Olivier Dongradi, a new 18-hole routing opened in September 2020 while preserving the original spirit. The course sits on a plateau above the Seine near the Vexin and A13 motorway. Woodland, open sectors, cliffs and panoramic views alternate. Deer are regularly seen and wind affects exposed ground.

Distances are relatively short, but narrow fairways, doglegs and water require choice. Several holes favour position over driver. The 2020 work created new sequences while maintaining par 72. Bluegreen publishes 5,667 metres and par 72. Accessible length is balanced by angles, water and woodland lines. Accurate golfers can score, while lateral errors become expensive.

Guerville opens year-round and welcomes visitors up to handicap 54.
