Roncemay

Roncemay is a 6,219-metre par 72 alternating century-old oak, beech and birch forest with a more open Scottish-style plateau.

Opened in 1989, the course was designed by Jean Garaïalde and Jérémy Pern, with later evolution associated with Julien Xanthopoulos. Château, hotel, spa and dining created a full resort. About eighty hectares change from old woodland to wind-exposed open ground and tall grasses.

Forest corridors reward driving accuracy, while the plateau demands wind and flight control. Varied greens prevent repetition. Published length is 6,219 metres and par 72, with championship scale and multiple tees.
