Grands Crus

Grands Crus is the main Country Club Dijon Bourgogne course, a mature wooded 6,032-metre par 73 suited to serious sporting golf.

Michael Fenn designed the first nine in 1971 and the course expanded to eighteen holes in 1981. Mature trees later strengthened strategy. The current Grands Crus branding reflects Burgundy wine heritage. The course lies north of Dijon in established oak and deciduous woodland, with gentle contour and sheltered fairways.

Doglegs, trees and bunkers define preferred landing areas. The correct half of the fairway is important for open green approaches. Current FFGolf data publishes 6,032 metres, par 73, men’s SSS 72 and Slope 134.
