Club history
Gene Sarazen served as club professional from 1925 to 1930. Tommy Armour won the 1930 PGA Championship and Sarazen returned to win the 1932 U.S. Open. Development and tax pressure led to the sale of the Queens property in 1946, after which the club acquired the former Lakeville course in Lake Success.
