Geography & setting
Capilano Course is located in West Vancouver, in the British Columbia region, Canada. The course develops within a mountain woodland terrain. History
Stanley Thompson surveyed the site in 1932 for the British Properties development. The course opened in 1937 and the clubhouse formally opened in 1939.

The course has 18 holes, a par of 70, and measures approximately 6100 meters from the reference markers. The course utilizes its mountain woodland environment to organize angles, hazards, and green approaches.
